Nigerian entertainer, Folarin Falana, better known as Falz has quizzed some police officers at the Lekki toll gate about their remuneration and condition of service.
Falz has been an instrumental activist in the fight against the canker in Nigeria and he led a group of Nigerians to a peaceful protest at the Lekki toll gate to mark the one-year anniversary of the Lekki toll gate.
Falz and the rest of the protesters did not get out of their cars when they stormed the Lekki toll gate to have a peaceful protest.
Falz and the passengers of his vehicle were heard interrogating the tough cops.
They said: “are you okay? Have you eaten today?
“What are the plans for your retirement? What will happen to you after service.”
“Falz also made assurance that the people who had been arrested by the police would be released soon as they are working on the legal path to secure their release.
“I want to thank everyone that came out today. I was very surprised by the crowd that turned up. However, we heard some people have been arrested and we will ensure their timely release,” he added.
