Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, professionally known as Portable, has criticized Nigerians for celebrating the Super Eagles’ victory against South Africa in the AFCON semi-finals.
Despite the widespread celebration among Nigerians, including celebrities, Portable expressed disapproval, stating that most Nigerians lack sense and shouldn’t be celebrating the win. Currently in the UK shooting an upcoming song with a British rapper, Portable argued that the situation in the country is dire.
The singer pointed out issues such as hunger, bad roads, a poor environment, and an increase in the Dollar-Naira exchange rate. He berated Nigerians for not channeling the energy used in celebrating towards protesting and expressing grievances against the current administration led by President Tinubu.
