The actions of TikToker DJ Chicken have sparked outrage among Nigerians, leading to calls for his arrest. DJ Chicken is facing criticism for disrespecting the late singer Wizkid’s mother and making derogatory statements about the Grammy Award-winning artist.
Wizkid’s mother, Dolapo Balogun, passed away in August 2023, and her burial took place in October 2023.
In a recent live video, DJ Chicken not only criticized Wizkid for not providing him with money but also made inappropriate remarks about Wizkid’s fame and suggested that he would soon join his late mother in the grave. These comments have angered many Nigerians, who are now demanding accountability for the disrespectful statements.
It remains to be seen how authorities and social media platforms will respond to the calls for DJ Chicken’s arrest and the public outcry over his inappropriate remarks.
