The ongoing dispute between Israel DMW, the logistics manager of Nigerian singer Davido, and his estranged wife, Sheila Courage, continues as she allegedly demanded a N10 million property in her name as a condition to stay with him.
Israel DMW and Sheila got married in October 2022, but their union reportedly hit a rough patch and concluded in November 2023, lasting less than a year. According to online reports, the marriage deteriorated because Sheila tried to change Israel and was critical of his financial situation.
Since the separation, Israel DMW has been publicly criticizing his estranged wife, referring to her as a gold digger and making various derogatory remarks. In a recent development, he took to his Instagram page to share his humble beginnings and criticize Sheila for demanding an expensive property for reconciliation. Israel questioned if he should consider taking extreme measures to afford such a property to satisfy her conditions. The public dispute has garnered attention and sparked discussions on social media.
He wrote, “I’ am never from a rich home at all. I had history of been a bus conductor and a block career to survive. I dnt compete with people. I usually cut my coats according to my sizes. I should buy a 10m property with ur name, as condition for you stay? Make i kill myself?”
He furthered, “Some ladies can’t even take pictures in their rented parents’ houses, because of the high rate of dirtyness, but they will now be pressuring their boyfriends and husbands for nothing. What they endured with their parents ooh”.
