A video recently surfaced online showing the moment popular Nollywood actress Wumi Toriola landed a heavy slap on content creator Diva Gold during a heated exchange.
This incident occurred hours after actress Wumi Toriola celebrated her birthday on July 11th, 2024, by sharing jaw-dropping photos on her page.
In the clip, content creator and actress Diva Gold is seen fuming at those who parked behind her car on a movie set. Actress Mide Martins quickly arrives, apologizes to Diva Gold, and prepares to move her car to allow Diva Gold to leave. However, before Mide Martins could make a U-turn, the aggressive Diva Gold insulted her, calling her a “stupid and dumb person” for parking her low-level car behind Diva Gold’s expensive automobile.
This development did not sit well with Wumi Toriola, who happens to be Mide Martins’ sister. Wumi Toriola intervened, telling Diva Gold to calm down and reminding her that Mide Martins is older than her. In response, Diva Gold berated Wumi Toriola further, stating that Wumi should not be talking and breathing while she was speaking. She also tagged both Wumi Toriola and Mide Martins as poor people.
Diva Gold’s remarks about their upbringing provoked Wumi Toriola, leading her to slap Diva Gold on the movie set.
