Nigerian Super Eagles player, Victor Boniface, has sparked reactions online following his recent altercation with a critic who made fun of his receding hairline.
The incident began when the critic, using the handle @Oriadee_ on a microblogging platform, reacted to one of the ‘Bayer Leverkusen’ footballer’s posts. She mocked his hairline, humorously stating that his hair is receding faster than the legendary Jamaican runner, Usain Bolt.
She wrote, “Your hairline dey compete with Usain Bolt”.
In no time, Victor Boniface replied her, stating that the trolls’ future is also competing with his past. His response sparked whirlwind reactions among the social media users.
He replied, “Same way your future dey compete with my past”.
