In a heartfelt note to Mr Eazi, Joeboy expresses gratitude for the support and opportunities he received during his time with Empawa, as he embarks on a new chapter by starting his own record label called Young Legend.

Announcing his departure from Empawa, Joeboy thanked Mr Eazi for taking a chance on him and being a crucial part of his musical journey over the last five years. Despite the decision to move on and establish his own label, Joeboy remains appreciative of the support and guidance he received from Mr Eazi.

The new label, Young Legend, is set to collaborate with Warner Group to provide a platform for emerging music talents, showcasing Joeboy’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of music stars.

He wrote;

“Thank you for taking a chance on me. Thank you for believing in me when others told you I wasn’t good enough.

You are a big part of my journey and I’m grateful for the last 5 years.
