A disturbing incident at an NYSC camp in Adamawa state has sparked outrage after a soldier punished a first-class graduate for confronting him over a damaged phone.
According to a post shared by the graduate’s friend on X, the corps member had approached the soldier after his phone was broken, but instead of resolving the issue, the soldier subjected him to a humiliating punishment.
A viral video shows the graduate in a squatting position, mimicking a motorcyclist without a bike, under the scorching sun. This form of punishment is known to cause significant discomfort and weakness.
