Popular Nigerian singer Skiibii has responded to allegations made by TikTok influencer Nickie Dabarbie, who accused him of involvement in money rituals.
In a series of videos posted in the early hours of today, April 19th, 2024, Nickie DaBarbie claimed that Skiibii attempted to use her for money rituals during her visit to his mansion.
Nickie DaBarbie recorded footage of the house and its occupants, including the artist himself. According to her account, she narrowly escaped being targeted in an alleged money ritual orchestrated by Skiibii.
In her video, she asserted that Skiibii attempted to renew his rituals using her, but she managed to thwart his efforts with her spiritual strength.
She said; “I just escaped been used for money rituals by Skiibii. “Ashakataraba, Shakataberere, Skiibii gave me a strange water to use to wash my face, Jesus Please Save Me and I will stop been a Baddie and Dedicate My Whole Life to You, Skiibii is trying to do to me what Naira Marley Did to Mohbad, Now there is no water in my mouth, Look at my tongue.”
“I just fought a spiritual battle.. And I’m a winner .. I don’t know how to explain this but there is powersssssss… There evil powersssss I didn’t use to believe until now…

Reacting to this, Skiibii took to the insta-stories section of his verified Instagram page to debunk the trendign conversation about him by the TikTok influencer.
According to the singer, the lady is trying to spoil his image in the public by spreading false narration about him.
Skiibii said he won’t let the matter die down like that as he has reported the incident to the police, stressing that he has nothing to hide. He concluded by saying that police would conduct a thorough investigation.
The singer wrote; “I typically remain silent when people come for me in the media, but I feel it’s necessary to address recent events, especially when false information is being spread. I will no longer allow anyone tarnish my image because they know Skiibii won’t run to the media to speak. Although I’ve remained silent on all issues to preserve peace, I believe it’s time to reconsider that approach. in due time, the truth will come to light.
Firstly, I want to clarify that the narratives being circulated by people & various blogs are completely false, and the truth will come to light on all fronts. I have reported the incident to the Nigerian Police Force because there’s nothing to hide, and I trust that they will conduct a thorough investigation. I will let the law take its course to its full measure this time.
