Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, professionally known as Portable, has once again criticized his senior colleague Davido for giving him bad advice during their time together in the USA.
This comes shortly after Portable blasted rapper Zlatan Ibile in an Instagram live session for allegedly trying to create a rift between him and Davido while he was with the DMW boss in the United States.
On June 13th, 2024, Portable subtly shaded Davido, stating that true helpers wouldn’t cause stress. He praised Olamide and British rapper Skepta for assisting him without needing to hang out with him.
In a new video, Portable continues to drag Davido, accusing him of giving bad advice by telling him to sign with Empire music despite Davido being signed to Sony Music. Portable, the Zeh Nation boss, claims that Davido is misleading him and emphasized that both of them are chasing the same Grammy.
In his words; “You are signed to Sony Music but you’re giving me bad advice in America to get signed to Empire & collect advance. The same Grammy you’re chasing is what I’m also chasing.”
Note that some days ago, Davido showed the philanthropic effort embedded in him as he took Portable out for a dinner in Atlanta Georgia, and gift him designer shoes worth N1.8M.
