In a candid live interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, Pastor Tobi Adegboyega addressed the swirling rumors surrounding his alleged deportation from the United Kingdom to Nigeria.
The controversial cleric vehemently denied the claims, emphasizing his right to live in any country he chooses. “My financial status gives me the freedom to make choices,” he said. “Poverty forces people to beg, but I’m not in that situation.”
Regarding the alleged deportation, Pastor Tobi claimed he was “ambushed” during an immigration-related legal process. He expressed confidence in the outcome and announced plans to release the transcripts.
When asked about his connection to Nigeria, Pastor Tobi showed no fear of returning to his home country. He praised the current government and expressed his willingness to return with a group of “fine young men and women” and maintain a high standard of living.
Pastor Tobi also condemned those seeking to damage his reputation, labeling the allegations as demeaning. With a hint of humor, he added, “Two or three pairs of shoes would be enough to sustain me in Nigeria for three years, given my investments in the country.”
