Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has ordered the release of popular TikToker, SeaKing, who was rearrested for allegedly cyberbullying him. SeaKing had made headlines for dragging Pastor Adeboye over his call for a 100-day fast for Nigeria’s peace in 2025, even referring to him as a “useless boy”.
However, Adeboye has clarified that he had no involvement in SeaKing’s arrest. Instead, he stated that those offended by SeaKing’s defamatory remarks were responsible for the arrest. In a recent sermon, Pastor Adeboye ordered SeaKing’s release, saying, “I was told that some people got angry and went to arrest the fellow man, release him, he’s fulfilling prophecy”.
This development has sparked online reactions, with many praising Adeboye for his exemplary leadership. Activist Omoyele Sowore had earlier revealed that SeaKing was arrested for alleged cyberbullying against Pastor Adeboye.
