The Oyo State High Court has granted bail to Naomi Silekunola, the ex-wife of the Ooni of Ife, and others involved in the tragic stampede that occurred during a charity event in December. The event aimed at feeding the less privileged resulted in the loss of over 32 children.
The court’s ruling, delivered by Justice K.B Olawoyin, stipulates five conditions for the bail:

Sureties: Two sureties with landed documents within the court’s jurisdiction
Travel Restrictions: Depositing international passports with the court
