A new video has surfaced online showing the moment popular Nigerian activist Martins Vincent Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan, regained his freedom from police custody.
On May 22nd, 2024, the Federal High Court in Abuja had remanded VeryDarkMan for cybercrime after he falsely claimed that high-ranking police officers and senators were engaged in sexual relationships with Idris Okuneye, a male cross-dresser popularly known as Bobrisky, who is now convicted.
The new clip, shared by Tunde Ednut, captures the activist finally gaining his freedom. Contrary to his usual bold demeanor and famous catchphrase, “You will learn,” VeryDarkMan appeared subdued. He walked gently and was seen wrapping his hand around his head, indicating a significant shift in his attitude following his release.
One of those who accompanied him following his released could be heard saying “He still dey fear.”
Captioning the video, Tunde Ednut wrote; “VeryDarkMan is finally out. Welcome back….. DROP THAT LOVE ❤️❤️❤️❤️ IF YOU LOVE VERYDARKMAN.”
