A Nigerian man has showcased his creativity by building a functioning car from cartons and even taking it to a filling station for petrol. He shared a video on TikTok, where he’s seen driving the handmade vehicle and showcasing its design. The video also shows him purchasing fuel and pouring it into the car’s tank, leaving onlookers in awe.
Many viewers took to the comment section to share their thoughts, with some expressing concern about the car’s safety and others praising the man’s creativity. Some comments included warnings about the risk of fire and jokes about what would happen if it rained.
This isn’t the first time a Nigerian has made headlines for building an impressive vehicle. Jerry Mallo, a Nigerian, built the country’s first supercar, the Bennie Purrie, in 2019.
