A man’s day took an unexpected turn when his brand-new palm slippers vanished at the mosque.
He had worn his finest native attire and new slippers to the first Friday Jumah prayer, but after the service, he was shocked to discover that his slippers were nowhere to be found.
With no other option, the man, identified as @bankyeva on TikTok, returned home barefoot. A video showed him riding a bike back home, slipper-less. “I turned celestial member when returning home. They spoilt my drip,” he joked, lamenting the loss of his new slippers.
