Hamzat Ridwan, a Nigerian man who graduated top of his department in Botany, has playfully reminded popular disc jockey DJ Cuppy of her desire to date a botanist.
In June 2021, DJ Cuppy had expressed her wish to marry someone in the field of botany or geology through her Twitter page. Ridwan took the opportunity to refresh DJ Cuppy’s memory about her preference, bringing attention to his academic achievement in botany. She wrote, “I want to date a botanist or geologist 🥸”. Quoting her tweet, Ridwan asked DJ Cuppy for a year and he will be all hers.
Hamzat Ridwan, who recently graduated with a first-class honors degree in Botany from the University of Lagos (UNILAG) with an overall academic record of 4.56 CGPA, playfully reminded DJ Cuppy of her wish to marry someone from his field of study.
