New Zealand and Nigerian professional mixed martial artist and kickboxer, Israel Adesanya, made a sensitive statement in a video capturing the moment he met popular football player, Cristiano Ronaldo.
In a video captioned “I don’t follow sports; I follow greatness,” the kickboxer was seen greeting Ronaldo after they crossed paths at an unnamed location outside Nigeria.
The kickboxer was heard telling the footballer, “I’ll come watch one of your football games.”
He went on to comment on the height of the footballer, saying, “You’re pretty tall; I didn’t know you were this tall.”
Ronaldo laughed at the statement as they both hugged and parted ways.
