Mr. Joseph Aloba, father of the late Nigerian musician Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, has made a controversial claim regarding his son’s rise to fame.
In a newly emerged video, Mr. Aloba alleged that Mohbad used his father’s glory to achieve success in his music career.
Mr. Aloba stated that a pastor associated with Wunmi, Mohbad’s widow, revealed to the family that Mohbad had been utilizing his father’s glory to propel his musical endeavors. Despite the alleged spiritual connection to his success, Mr. Aloba expressed his disappointment that Mohbad did not provide financial support to him. Instead, Mohbad was said to have given money to his mother and even set up shops for her.
The claims have sparked widespread reactions, with many questioning the validity of such assertions and the dynamics within the late artist’s family. The situation has added a new layer of intrigue to the public’s understanding of Mohbad’s life and career, as well as the relationships within his family.
