Grammy 2025: Asake and Ayra Star get rejected for Grammy nominations for Best Global Album

The 2025 Grammy nominations are out, and Afrobeats stars Rema and Tems have made the cut for Best Global Album!Grammy

Rema’s sophomore album “Raves & Roses” isn’t nominated, instead, his second album “HEIS” and Tems’ debut album “Born In The Wild” are vying for the top spot.

Unfortunately, Asake’s “Lungu Boy” and Ayra Starr’s “19 & Dangerous” (not “The Year I Turned 21”) didn’t make the cut. The 2025 Grammy Awards ceremony will take place on February 2 at (link unavailable) Arena in Los Angeles.
