Super Eagles forward, Victor Osimhen, has become a trending topic online after generously gifting a young boy, who emulated his style, the sum of N2.5 million.

The African Footballer of the Year’s act of kindness was brought to the public’s attention by the renowned blogger Tunde Ednut, also known as the kingmaker.

The story unfolded when Tunde Ednut shared a video of the young boy sporting the Super Eagles jersey with Victor Osimhen’s number 9. The boy, replicating Osimhen’s signature style, wore a mask while carrying a ball onto the field.

Upon viewing the video, Victor Osimhen was deeply moved and requested Tunde Ednut’s assistance in reaching out to the young boy. This heartfelt gesture has since sparked conversations and admiration online.

He wrote;  “🫶🏾❤️❤️🫶🏾I go like reach out to the boy, @mazitundeednut kindly help me abeg😁😁.”

In a new development, Tunde Ednut via his verified Instagram page this evening said Victor Osimhen has fulfilled his promise as he sent N2.5M to the boy in Ivory Coast.

The famous blogger wrote; “Just for dressing like him, Victor Osimhen has sent the money to me and the boy is going receive it tonight in Ivory Coast 🇨🇮 Thank you once again @eriqmorak for helping us find him. God bless you @victorosimhen9. You didn’t have to, but God sees your kind heart.
