Comedian Alibaba has revealed that Nigerian skit maker Mark Angel is one of the wealthiest comedians, boasting an impressive monthly income of around $300,000.
In a recent interview with ‘The Honest Bunch,’ the veteran stand-up comic star shared insights into Mark Angel’s financial success. Alibaba emphasized that many people may doubt Mark Angel’s wealth due to his unassuming appearance, but the reality is that he earns a substantial monthly income from platforms like Facebook and YouTube.
Despite skepticism, Alibaba noted that those who pay for the services provided by Mark Angel and other comedians are well aware of the value they bring to the table.
Alibaba also delved into the early days of his career, recalling his initial job in 1995 during a brand tour that earned him 1.6 million Naira. He highlighted how, since then, numerous individuals have found financial success in the field of comedy, Mark Angel being a prime example.
