Controversial crossdresser Okuneye Idris, popularly known as Bobrisky, is currently in custody at the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) Alagbon, Lagos State.
According to sources, Bobrisky was arrested by the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) on Sunday while attempting to exit the country through the Seme border. He was subsequently transferred to the FCID for safekeeping.
FCID spokesperson Mayegun Aminat confirmed Bobrisky’s detention, stating, “He is detained at FCID Alagbon. We have him in custody and are awaiting a remand to keep him there.”
Bobrisky spent the night in a police cell and his case is pending further directives.
