Nigerian hip-hop, R&B, and Afrobeat artist, Eedris Abdulkareem, has expressed criticism towards Burna Boy, declaring Davido as the true Odogwu in a series of social media videos.
In the videos, Eedris Abdulkareem questioned Burna Boy’s alignment with the title ‘Odogwu,’ stating that he believes Burna Boy has not lived up to the self-proclaimed identity. Eedris confidently asserted that, in his view, Davido is the authentic Odogwu, citing Davido’s contributions to society and numerous achievements as the basis for his endorsement.
