Grammy-winning musician Burna Boy has reacted indirectly to the rearrest of singer Speed Darlington in Owerri, Imo State. The arrest comes after Speed Darlington’s comments on Burna Boy’s Grammy win and his connections with American rapper Diddy Combs.
Human rights lawyer Deji Adeyanju accused Burna Boy of using the Nigerian police to harass Speed Darlington. However, Burna Boy chose to remain silent on the matter.
Instead, he took to his Instagram story to hint at his plans for the festive period. He displayed bundles of foreign currency and wrote, “This Onwa Dezemba na bundle by bundle. If no be bundle hide am.”
