Cryptocurrency billionaire Linus Williams, popularly known as Blord, has been granted bail after spending three days in police custody.
This update was provided by the controversial critic Verydarkman (VDM) via his Instagram page, revealing that Blord was released after “much begging and crying.”
Blord’s arrest followed allegations of fraud made by Verydarkman, who took credit for the tech millionaire’s detention. VDM has been vocal about holding Blord accountable for these accusations and reported the arrest as a victory for justice.
Following his release on bail, Blord is required to return to the police next week to continue answering for the charges against him. VDM emphasized that the bail was only granted after Blord’s intense pleading and weeping, mocking the businessman for previously bragging about being above the law and referring to himself as “Mr. Influential.”
This situation has sparked various reactions on social media, with many people closely following the developments in Blord’s case.
“After much begging and cryyng blord is out and he will be going back next week to answer for all his @l.leged cr!m€ I believe the @npf_nccc will not compromise and Justice will be upheld, see you next week Mr influential,” he captioned the video.
It is worth noting that Blord Group debunked the allegations of the businessman’s arrest while clarifying that he was simply invited for questioning. The statement also added that Verydarkman has no power to pull such an arrest, hence, called his bluff.
