Popular Nollywood actress and wife of a billionaire, Regina Daniels, expressed her frustrations online after her mother, Rita Daniels, insisted that she do household chores.
Taking to her Instagram page, the mother of two shared her experience of being asked to wash dishes and do laundry, regardless of her status in the entertainment industry.
Regina posted a video of herself washing a pile of dishes while visiting her mother’s home. She explained that after a family event, Rita compelled both her and her younger sister to handle the dishes and laundry.
In the video, Regina’s mother and her friend playfully teased her with a song as she completed the chores. Despite her celebrity status, Regina found herself obliged to participate in the household tasks.
She wrote, “Pov: you visit your African mother and she makes you do the dishes after hosting your entourage. She no know sey I be celebrity😩@destiny.daniels01 said she’s too global for this 🤣”.
