Renowned Nigerian singer, Kizz Daniel, stirred online discussions with his reaction to a power outage in Dubai, UAE, captured in a recent video.
In the video, the hitmaker of “Twe Twe” fame engaged in an Instagram live session with his fans from a well-lit room in Dubai. However, the mood took a turn when the lights suddenly went out during the live session, leaving Kizz Daniel visibly surprised.
Although Kizz Daniel is no stranger to Dubai, having visited numerous times, this unexpected power outage seemed to catch him off guard. The singer, accustomed to Dubai’s reliability, couldn’t hide his disbelief at experiencing a momentary power cut, reminiscent of situations in Nigeria.
After a brief period of darkness, the lights were restored, prompting Kizz Daniel to acknowledge that electricity issues can occur anywhere in the world, even in a place like Dubai.
In his words; “Eh God oh, eh NEPA carry light for Dubai, eeeeh, eeeeh Jesus is Lord, ewo, the world must hear this, Nepa carry light, oh ok, they brought it back, you can see life.”
