Famous Nigerian singer Kcee is elated after winning N11.7 million due to the Super Eagles of Nigeria’s 1-0 victory against the host country Ivory Coast on January 18, 2024, in the AFCON match.
The “Limpopo” hitmaker had made headlines the previous day, January 17, 2024, by placing a N3 million bet on the Super Eagles to win against Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast). Kcee shared a graphic confirming the N3 million bet prediction, which would yield a total of N11.7 million if the Super Eagles won their second match in Group A.
It’s worth noting that the Super Eagles’ first match in Group A against Equatorial Guinea on January 14th ended in a 1-1 draw. Kcee’s successful bet added to the excitement surrounding the Super Eagles’ performance in the AFCON tournament.
