I dropped Medicine and Surgery at 300L to focus on my music career– Davido signee Morravey (Video)

 

In a recent statement, singer Daniella Daniel better known as Morravey who is signed under Davido record label DMW disclosed that she dropped Medicine and Surgery for music when she was in 300l.

Morravey, a Port Harcourt lady made this known to all and sundry in an interview with City 105.1FM days after she released her debut, Ravi which consists of 5 tracks.

Recall Intel Region reported that Davido when he made a return to social media in March 2023 unveiled new artistes to his record label known as Logos Olori and Morravey.

Unwrapping some details about her that are unknown to the public, Morravey who is well known for her song “In the Garden” on Davido Timeless album said she stopped medicine and surgery at River State University for Music.

She said that in January this year (2023), she went for a church programme where she fasted and prayed and by extension told God that she was tired of medicine and surgery she was studying at the University because the course wanted to end her life.

Morravey while narrating the story however asked God that if he wants her to continue studying Medicine and Surgery back, he should give her the love for the course again and if it is otherwise she has music and he should help her in that path.

However, Morravey said that Davido later texted her and she knows that it is a sign from God that she should leave medicine and surgery.

She added that she was about to enter 300l at River State University at that moment when Davido comes through and she had always tells her parents that she is getting tired of Medicine and Surgery but they kept drumming support for her.

The singer noted that as Davido reached out to her, she stopped school and could not face her parents alone and had to call on Davido who helped to talk to her parent.

Morravey added that at the end of the day, it is always about making money and might even go back to school in the future.
