Maureen Esisi, a Nigerian entrepreneur known as Red Vigor, has shared advice for those contemplating marriage, cautioning against it, asserting that marriage is a scam.
The businesswoman provided an extensive list of considerations and prerequisites before embarking on marriage.
Among her counsel, Maureen emphasized the prioritization of morality over religion, the importance of addressing moral shortcomings, advocating for intimacy before marriage, and cultivating financial prudence for unforeseen circumstances.
As the former wife of actor Blossom Chukwujekwu, she suggested that complete transparency in marriage might sometimes be unhealthy. Maureen stated that divorce on grounds of adultery is not a sin, underscored the significance of sexual compatibility before marriage, warned against marrying a liability for the sake of love, and highlighted the importance of respect in a marital relationship.
She added that recognizing the distinction between a mother-in-law and one’s own mother, respecting each other’s privacy, and maintaining financial stability in marriage are all crucial aspects.
In her conclusive statement, Maureen categorically declared that marriage is fraudulent, advising against entering into it.
