Mohbad’s wife, Wunmi Aloba breaks the silence on the controversies trailing her family while accusing her father-in-law of delaying the DNA test.
The call for a DNA test to ascertain the paternity of the late singer’s baby, Liam Light has since been an issue since the demise of Mohbad two months ago.
Given her current financial challenges and the responsibility of raising Liam alone, Omawunmi has taken a firm stance. She insisted that those advocating for a DNA test should be prepared to cover the associated costs.
The situation took a more personal turn with Iyabo Ojo‘s recent live Instagram session, highlighting Wunmi’s willingness for a DNA test.
This development adds a new layer to the unfolding drama, shedding light on Omawunmi’s challenging circumstances. The mother of one stated that her father-in-law or his lawyer has yet to make a formal request to her lawyer for a DNA test.
She added that aside from seeing public demand on social media, no one has yet reached out to conduct or make plans for the paternity test.
“She said no one has informed her, no one has reached out, that she is only seeing it on social media. She said her father-in-law’s lawyer has not reached out to her lawyer. Those who want DNA test should pay for it, I am managing myself and I cannot afford it,” Iyabo Ojo revealed following their conversation.
