Kemi Badenoch, the leader of the UK’s Conservative Party, has opened up about her faith and spirituality, revealing that she no longer believes in God. In a recent podcast appearance, Badenoch identified as an agnostic, clarifying that she doesn’t align with atheism.
Badenoch describes herself as a “cultural Christian,” valuing the cultural significance of Christianity while not adhering to traditional Christian beliefs. This perspective allows her to stay connected to her roots while remaining true to her personal convictions.
For Kemi Badenoch, what matters most is not one’s belief in God, but how they choose to live their life. She emphasized, “I don’t think it matters if people believe in God or not. What matters is what they do with the belief or the lack of it”.
