Fashion influencer and mother of Davido’s child, Sophia Momodu, has announced that she and her daughter Imade Adeleke will be quitting TikTok due to the constant bullying and harassment they face on the platform.
In a recent live session on TikTok, Sophia and Imade were subjected to hurtful and false comments from some followers, spreading lies about them and their family. Sophia, visibly upset, spoke out strongly against these lies and initially wanted to end the session.
However, Imade, who was initially torn between staying calm and protecting her family, helped steer the conversation in a better direction. With a shaking voice, Imade stood up for her mother and herself, promising that it would be their final appearance on TikTok.
Sophia, with a steady and strong voice, supported her daughter’s words, stating that they would stop using the platform. “You won’t hear from us again,” she said.
