Daddy Freeze introduced the term “Agege” to describe the alleged lifestyle of some Nigerian celebrities, suggesting they engage in gay relationships for career advancement and influence. He claimed some married celebrities are involved, with their spouses aware of their extracurricular activities.
“Sometimes, na Agege connect! Many celebs do Agege for album sales, features, movie roles, and industry connections,” Daddy Freeze said. “Women know what their husbands are doing and look away, and men know what their wives are doing and look away, as long as they can pay the bills.”
