Legendary Nigerian singer, 2Baba, has reacted after his fans expressed displeasure over the way his name appeared on the poster for a show set to take place in Las Vegas later in the year.
Self-styled African giant, Burna Boy, who is headlining the show had his name appear in bold font while he (2Baba) and other Nigerian artists billed to perform at the show at had their names at the bottom of the poster.
The poster stirred reactions from fans of 2Baba, with many of them noting that their favorite shouldn’t be playing second fiddle to Burna Boy. They queried why the legendary singer was placed with other artists in smaller font at the bottom while Burna Boy’s name stood out on the poster.
2Baba responded by calming his fans and explaining that he understands their point, but that is how life is.He added that it doesn’t change the fact that he is “too much” and “2baba will be 2baba always.”
“I understand some pips agro about font size and disrespect and all. But my people na life be that e np change the fact say I too much. Okocha and Kanu respect Ighalo and Obafemi Martins. Even Maradonna Messi. E no change the fact”. He wrote.
