A video showing the emotional moment comedian Brain Jotter met veteran singer Mike Ejeagha has surfaced online, sparking overwhelming reactions from netizens.

In the video, Brain Jotter and his team visited the home of Mike Ejeagha, where he gifted the singer N2 million. Just a few days ago, Brain Jotter launched the viral dance challenge “Gwo Gwo Gwo Ngo,” which quickly gained traction as celebrities and people worldwide joined in, giving the song a significant resurgence.

The phrase “Gwo Gwo Gwo Ngwo” comes from Mike Ejeagha’s classic song “Ka Esi Le Onye Isi Oche,” released 41 years ago. As of now, the veteran singer, known as Mike ‘Gentleman’ Ejeagha, is 93 years old.

After expressing his desire to meet Mike Ejeagha, Brain Jotter finally had the opportunity on Monday, July 22, 2024. Today, July 23, 2024, Brain Jotter met the veteran singer and his family. He explained that he discovered the song on TikTok and used it in a video he had already prepared, emphasizing that it was not a planned act but rather the will of God that made the song go viral.

Brain Jotter clarified that he did not earn any money from the song, educating netizens about copyright laws. He mentioned that platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube enforce copyright infringement policies, ensuring that the streaming revenue goes to Mike Ejeagha’s record label.

The comedian stated that he gave N2 million to Mike Ejeagha out of humanity, adding that the old man’s smile was enough reward for him. The video concludes with Brain Jotter taking pictures with the veteran singer, who was later seen crying profusely.
