Popular Nigerian comedian and content creator Adebayo Ridwan Abidemi, known as Isbae U, recently had a heated exchange with footballer Victor Boniface during an episode of his show ‘Curiosity Made Me Ask’.
During the show, Isbae U, known for his provocative style, questioned Victor’s standing as the second-best ‘Victor’ in the Nigerian Super Eagles and accused the Bundesliga player of wearing a fake wristwatch. He also criticized Victor for his age and mocked him for losing the Europa League to fellow player Ademola Lookman.
In response, Victor Boniface didn’t hold back. He humorously referred to Isbae U as ‘Nikky the Barbie’ instead of ‘Bae U Barbie’ and teased him about his short beard. The footballer even commented on Isbae U’s career and family, leaving the comedian momentarily speechless.
The tension escalated to the point where Isbae U abruptly ended the show, leaving Victor behind.
In a candid moment during the interview, Victor Boniface clarified that he has no plans to move to the Premier League, expressing contentment with his current club, Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga.
