Superstar Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has reacted to a trending video of him slapping a guy at his wedding with Chioma.
A few hours ago, a video surfaced on the popular microblogging platform X (formerly Twitter), showing Davido slapping one of his aides during his extravagant wedding. The incident took place with several celebrities, including B-Red and Obi-Uchendu, present.
In the video, the guy, dressed in a light blue corporate outfit and holding a little boy, was seen receiving a slap from Davido. Despite the unexpected slap, the aide maintained his composure, continuing to bow in deference to the singer.
Reacting to the viral video, Davido demonstrated his indifference to the incident’s public reaction. He emphasized that he does not care about what people say, showing he is unperturbed by the development.
Davido tweeted; “Note : Fuck what people gotta say ! Stay active.”
